Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the TrustLoop website, contact us, request information, or engage us for services. By doing so, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. A signed proposal, order form, or service agreement may add to these terms; if there is a conflict, that document controls for the services it covers.

Service scope and your responsibilities

TrustLoop provides AI-powered customer-growth services that may include missed-call text back, lead follow-up, appointment booking support, FAQ automation, review-request workflows, reporting, and related implementation support. The exact scope is set out in your applicable proposal or service agreement. You are responsible for providing timely, accurate information and approvals; maintaining the permissions and accounts needed for us to perform the work; and ensuring that your business, offers, communications, and use of the services comply with applicable laws and industry requirements.

Fees and billing

Fees, payment timing, setup charges, recurring charges, and any taxes are described in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, payments are due when invoiced. You are responsible for keeping billing information current and for reasonable collection costs where permitted if an undisputed payment remains overdue. We may pause services after giving notice when an undisputed balance is materially overdue.

No guaranteed outcomes

TrustLoop works to help businesses respond faster, follow up consistently, and create more opportunities for growth. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your service area, staffing, pricing, customer demand, response times, third-party platforms, and your own follow-through. We do not promise a specific number of leads, bookings, reviews, revenue, rankings, or other business outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may not use TrustLoop services or the website to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or unwanted messages; impersonate another person or business; bypass consent or opt-out requirements; introduce malware; interfere with our systems; or attempt unauthorized access. You must not use the services to collect or process sensitive information unless we have expressly agreed in writing and appropriate safeguards are in place. We may suspend access that reasonably appears to violate these terms or create a security, legal, or reputational risk.

Intellectual property

TrustLoop and its licensors retain ownership of our website, branding, software, workflows, templates, documentation, and other pre-existing materials. Subject to your payment of applicable fees and these terms, you may use agreed service deliverables for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the information, content, and brand assets you provide to us, and you give us permission to use them only as needed to provide and support the services.

Confidentiality

Each party will use the other party's non-public business information only to carry out the services and will take reasonable care to protect it. Confidential information does not include information that is public without breach of these terms, already known without a confidentiality duty, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. A party may disclose confidential information when required by law, after giving notice when legally permitted.

Third-party platforms

Our services may work with third-party tools such as phone, messaging, calendar, CRM, review, analytics, advertising, or AI platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and pricing. TrustLoop does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, data handling, or actions. You are responsible for maintaining the third-party accounts and permissions required for the agreed scope.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TrustLoop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any additional limits that apply to a specific engagement may be included in the applicable service agreement.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable proposal or service agreement. If no separate termination terms apply, either party may end recurring services by giving 30 days' written notice. TrustLoop may suspend or end services sooner if there is a material breach, nonpayment, misuse, or a legal or security concern. Amounts owed for services already provided remain due. Sections that should reasonably continue after termination, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Continuing to use the website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to an active service agreement will be handled according to that agreement.
